The Pediatric Precision Sleep Network
About The Study
Over half of adolescents have poor sleep health. Poor sleep during the transition from childhood to adolescence predicts future emotional health outcomes more strongly than other times in development.
The Pediatric Precision Sleep Network (PPSN) is conducting the SleepLife research study, which aims to identify specific sleep patterns that predict emotional health problems among youth engaged in primary care.
The long-term goal of the SleepLife study is to develop tools that help providers, families, and teens identify and treat sleep patterns that relate to the future of their emotional health and wellness.
